Soaring 39 levels above the heart of Broadbeach, Gold Coast. ASP Contracting and Australian Dewatering Systems provided the foundations for this magnificent building.
Horizon Apartments, Newcastle
This new development on Honeysuckle Drive in Newcastle is another key project for ASP Contracting and Australian Dewatering Systems in the Hunter region. We have provided sheet piling, anchoring, bracing and dewatering systems for this high-rise project.
Noosa Heads Residence
We are nearing competition on this residential basement. Based on the Noosa River, this job involved 147 L/m of Cantilevered Sheet Piling, Internal Bracing, Spear Point Dewatering and Groundwater Treatment.
This is the third property in this street ASP has successfully performed these works on.
Sinclair Apartments
One of our recent projects with Mosaic is Sinclair Apartments, located along a main arterial road in East Brisbane.
This project involves foundation piling, sheet piling (including ground anchors and deadman piles), together with a dewatering system and management plan.
Burleigh Heads Mowbray Park SLSC
This small project involves sheet piling for a unique shaped site. Extensions to this existing building are to accommodate extra storage, larger kitchen and outdoor dining area along with a new lap pool and terrace.
With a total of 60L/M this site is anchored and internally propped. We also are providing the dewatering services for this site.
Mackay NBN Tower
ASP Contracting completed this five week job consisting of 58Lm of sheet piling, and dewatering services. Due to the location of the tower, 3 sides of the sheet piling were required to be 1m above ground for croc protection during construction.
Located adjacent to an environmentally sensitive wetland, on site dewatering & filtration was crucial to the success of this project.
Parkridge, Noosa Springs
The side of a sand dune is not the usual place to build on, but in October 2017 we started 180L/M sheet piling for Noosa’s newest estate, Parkridge. We commenced stage 2 of 134L/M of sheet piling in February 2019.
Stage 3 of this estate project commenced in August 2020 for 62L/M of sheet piling and anchoring.
