Exciting Family News

Our director, Patrick Buckley’s daughter, Alice Buckley, has been selected for the FIA Girls on Track – Rising Star Program.  She is the only Australian, out of 20 drivers to be chosen to participate in a Shootout at the Winfield Racing School at the Paul Ricard Circuit France, in October. The program is an innovative new project to detect and nurture the female racing talent of the future. Success at this event will lead to training camps, and the potential to become the first female driver to achieve a partnership agreement with the Ferrari Driver Academy.

Alice would like to thank Bendworx-Steelpro for their continued sponsorship in her racing endeavors. With their Six80 Racing has evolved, and have 4 cars built, with 3 currently competing. Their support, skills and experience have been essential in enabling the drivers to progress into the next phase of their racing careers.

Alice,

The Bendworx-Steelpro team and I send our warmest congratulations to you on this well-deserved achievement! We have enjoyed following your progress over the years, not only your accomplishments but the professional and determined manner in which you have realised them, and are proud to be a small part of it.

You have the skill and attitude to achieve your dreams – we wish you the very best of luck and know you’ll do everyone proud.

Regards,

Wayne Fogden
Bendworx-Steelpro Managing Director
