Gold Coast Aquatic Centre, Southport, Pool upgrade for Commonwealth Games
The Gold Coast Aquatic Centre project incorporated the refurbishment of the existing pools as well as the building of two additional pools for the Commonwealth Games. There was a combination of spear pumps and deep wells used, along with pH filtration units and sedimentation tanks. Australian Dewatering Systems worked alongside Environmental consultants to ensure water quality when being discharged from the site. We also used a wireless Navman system to alert us to power issues on site that could affect output.
